If you would’ve told Denver-based Americana folk band The Lumineers that they would headline arenas with only two records under their belt, they probably would’ve laughed at you. But ever since releasing their breakout debut back in 2012, The Lumineers have become one of the biggest folk bands in the country. Now, with the release of their sophomore studio effort Cleopatra this past April, the group is primed to take their show to arenas across the country.
Earlier this year the group embarked on a sold-out string of shows for the first leg of the North American tour and last week the group expanded the tour into 2017. This new set of dates includes shows at Madison Square Garden, the Target Center, and the Infinite Energy Arena in Atlanta on March 8. Andrew Bird, Susto, and Iceland band Kaleo will support the group on select dates.
Tickets for the Infinite Energy Arena show go on sale Friday, Oct. 14 at 10 a.m. For more information on tickets click here.
