Information for GA Floor Wristbanding & Line-Up:

*Please note, this information is for General Admission/Standing Room Only Line-Up ONLY.

**Information specific to VIP Packages will be available closer to the event.

No overnight camping is allowed on the Gas South District campus or surrounding areas. This includes along Sugarloaf Parkway, Satellite Boulevard, or Meadow Church Road.
The line for wristbanding of General Admission (GA) ticket holders will begin at 8 AM. Nobody will be allowed to line up prior to this time. Any fan made lines will NOT be honored.
Wristbanding of GA ticket holders will begin at 9 AM and will continue throughout the day.
Your entire group must be present, and you must show your ticket(s) to receive wristbands.
Wristbands are numbered so it is not necessary to remain in line throughout the day.
We will give you a return line-up time when you pick up your wristband.
If coming for early GA wristbanding line-up, please use Parking Deck 2.
Doors for the show will open at 6:30 PM.
Wristbanding will continue once the doors open for those who want to arrive later in the day. GA Floor ticket holders do NOT have to arrive before doors open to receive their floor wristband.

General Show Information:

Gas South has a CLEAR BAG POLICY. A clear bookbag 12" x 12" or smaller is allowed.
Our prohibited items list can be found HERE.
Lightsticks are typically allowed. This is subject to change based on tour policies.

The option to purchase pre-paid parking ends at the start of the event. On-site paid parking is available by credit card upon arrival.

We are a cashless venue and all venue purchases must be made with a credit or debit card. No cash payments will be accepted. Get your items faster, safer and carry less by going cashless with us!

Additional Ticket Information

Ages 2 and older require a ticket.  No Refunds.  No Exchanges.  Pricing, line up, and production setup may change without notice. Ticket purchases exceeding the posted ticket limit, either within a single order or across multiple orders, may be subject to order(s) being voided without notice.
